Abstract Submission

Guideline

  • All abstracts must be submitted and received through the Abstract Submission System. Documents received after the given deadline, due to any reason will not be accepted unless the deadline is extended.

  • Important Dates

    • Abstract Due (February 15, 2025)

                 (The abstract due is extended from December 1, 2024 to February 15, 2025)

  • Abstracts should represent original work.

  • (Updates on December 2, 2024) Due to the limited schedule, only one abstract for oral presentation and one for poster presentation submission are allowed for one registrant. (total two abstracts)

  • The abstract must be written and presented in English. 

  • Please download the abstract template by clicking the following link and follow the guidelines carefully. Documents that do not confirm to the guidelines will be asked to revise.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to the contributor upon submission. Abstracts will not be allowed to edit after the deadline.

  • You can submit your abstract by completing the following form.
